Dear Prasanth,

Images are kept in the public server instead of local system, we took the images path & inserted in HTML code.

Images are displaying in the HTML templates.

Hello,

Still images are not displaying in C4C Content designing.

I added the image in HTML using Microsoft Expression 4, same HTML file added in C4C but images are not displaying.

My requirement is i would like to send the sales campaign, in that template we would like add images & text.

Text is displaying but images are not displaying. Please help me add images & it should be displayed.

May i know the reason?

To me this seems to be a setting related to your Outlook rather than C4C .

Can you please Unblock picture downloads for all messages in Outlook

  1. Click the File tab.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click the Trust Center.
  4. Click Trust Center Settings under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center.
  5. Clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box.

This should sort the problem , alternatively you can refer : error in an Outlook email messageerror in an Outlook email message

Can you check if the corresponding MIME type for that image is allowed in C4C.

check the File format of Image Png, Jpeg ,jpg etc , and

  1. Navigate to Business Configuration Implementation Projects Open Activity List. Select the All tab and search for Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload.
  2. In the ALLOWED MIME TYPES FOR DOCUMENT UPLOAD screen, select your project relevant MIME types.
