Im getting a (instant) session timeout when i try to interact with certain emails at IC Inbox

Hello, im very new at the SAP CRM. I also tried to google/search for a similar problem but i got no results.

A customer has reported that he/she is getting a session timeout when he presses "interact". This only occurs with very few emails.

Things that i've actually try:

*Browse for the html code of the affected emails. Nothing seems special.

*Setting the "HTML Filter for Display" field in Off.

Hi Greig,

For this issue we would need to take a look at the HTTP trace and understand what's happening when the session times out.
