Identical partner roles in C4C Services document

In SAP C4C services

In service tickets I have a requirement where I have to define a Party role to automatically determine the business partner same as the main (Account) business partner in the document.

I tried to do so through two methods:

1- Maintaining it in the relationships in the Business partner account itself, however I receive an error that they can't be identical

"You can't create Plaintiff between identical business partners"

2- I tried to maintain it through the below path

Tickets for customer support --> Involved parties --> Maintain determinations

However, in the determinations I don't get the option of "Copied from Account" - the standard option in the cases of Bill-to party, payer .. etc -

So can you please advice how can I fulfill the above requirement ?

Dear Moameen,

I have seen this work in C4C.

The determination rules in the "Maintain determinations" depends on the Party Category in the Fine tuning activity "Party Role definition".
Kindly check what is the party category that you are using for your custom party.

Make sure you have established the link between the Party Role and the relationship in the Above Fine tuning.

You are correct, The way to do it would be the determination method

"Copied from Account".
