IC Web Client Alert when one activity type is open

Hi Guru,

We need to send an alert in IC Web Client when one type of activity is open.

We tried to use the IC event BPConfirmedEnd, because we want to send the alert if the agent is not attending a customer and Terminate Alert when Agent confirm any customer.

If we use the condition

The alert is not Trigger.
