iam uanble to determine territory in visits

Hello Experts,

User is not able to determine the territory in visits. but when we are checking in keytest user withsame role

territory is able to determine how it is .i copied same role in keytest and tested it is working for him

in realtime when we go in screen share it is not working in laptop

How can it possible

There may be some issue with the Role determination itself, or this needs a manual refresh/ clean up in the backend.
