In order to get leads from Emarsys to Sales Cloud and the other way around, you must have the Account Engagement correctly configured. According to the SAP Emarsys Help document below, you should be able to sync the leads:

Is there a way to get unqualified leads from Sales Cloud Version 1 into SAP Emarsys? I think you are giving the standard integration information here. You also give how to get new marketing contacts from Emarsys to SAP Sales Cloud version 1. I am looking to see how to get the (unqualified) lead contacts from SAP Sales Cloud version 1 into SAP Emarsys. Usually, when a lead is qualified, the lead is converted into an Account/Contact (which is standard integration). When the lead is unqualified, it isn't an account or contact yet.
