I need to create custom interactions within the web channel

Hello Community! I have a query: can I create custom interactions within the web channel? I need to create 6 interactions:

Quiero que me visiten Quiero que me llamen Quiero más información técnica Quiero detalles de la promoción Donde puedo sus productos Quiero inscribirme en la charla

I entered the table to manage the content of interaction within the channel; however, it does not allow me to create new interactions, I can only select the ones that already exist there. Does anyone know where the table is to be able to enter new types of interactions for the web channel for example?

If anyone knows please let me know

Hi Carla,

did I get it right, that you are missing the "Add"-button (or the + sign) to add new interaction types?

If so, did you already create a change project?
