I can't train prediction model

Hi SAP Masters,

After creating the category prediction model, I select "Train" and it shows me an error message "Model creation failed" "Save failed". This could be due to the quality of data in the system? or by the percentage of service categories used? Thanks!

I'm having a problem creating the ticket prediction model. When I create the "Ticket Categorization" model and select "Train", it shows me 2 errors "Save failed" "Model creation failed".

Step by step.

-Select "Model Setup"

-Select the option "Ticket Categorization" and "Add Model"

-Enter any name and select the "Process" field

-When the model has been created, select the "Train" option and select "Yes" at the alert message

-After we select "Yes", we will see 2 errors "Save failed" "Model creation failed"
