We have created an embedded SAC report [Story] within the SAP Sales and Service Cloud v2 (SCV2) system. As per our requirement, we added a hyperlink directly to the numeric value in a chart (not in the title). While the hyperlink is functional, users are required to click twice—first to select the data point and then to activate the hyperlink.
We would like to know if there is a way to enable the hyperlink to trigger on a single click directly on the data point, rather than requiring two interactions. This behavior is negatively impacting the user experience, and we are looking for a solution or workaround to streamline the navigation.
Kindly advise if this is a known limitation on embedded analytics or if there is a configuration or workaround available to achieve single-click hyperlink activation on chart values.
