Hybris Price row validity issue

Hi ALL,

My project is based on multicountry platform using 5.7 version and using europe price row factory.

The issue i am facing is. suppose a product is assigned two price rows

1. Pricerow 1:

startdate: 10 june 2020 00:00:00

enddate: 13 june 2020 23:59:59

2. pricerow 2:

startdate: 14 june 2020 00:00:00

end date: 20 june 9999 23:59:59

at 13 june 11PM UKT time the second price row gets activated when it should be pricerow1.

what should be the issue and how to find it?

Is the timezone of the Hybris also UKT? Server and Client need to have the same timezone.

What are the actual database values for the time? Sometimes hmc, and more likely backoffice will display a different timezone to what is in the database.
