Hybris-OTMM integration

Hi,

We have Hybris 6.6 and OTMM 16.4 integration in place. I am facing one strange issue. In one of the dev machine, open text media attached with the attribute is not opening up in pop up so one cannot see the details of open text media attached and edit its attribute value if required. In most of the other machines/laptop, it is working fine.

Please let me know if anyone has faced any issue like this.

This was happening in Backoffice. It is corrected by resetting the Backoffice configuration by clicking F4 and select reset to default.
