Hybris Marketing :Unable to see the public view using another user for campaign performance report

Hi Experts,

I have saved a view for Campaign performance report and made it public, but another user not able to see the view which I have created. I am an admin user and the second user has some role restrictions but can access campaign performance report but not the view created. I checked with another admin user and he can also see the newly created view. Is there any specific role which can be assigned to solve this issue or any other steps which can be used.

Hi Sajin,

every user which has access to campaigns through a business role which is restricted on certain marketing areas, can see the campaign performance of the individual campaigns, he/she is entitled to open.

However to open a specific operational report (i.e. CDS Query) or to get access for a certain SAC story, he needs first start authorization, which allows him to launch the required report or story.
