Hybris Marketing Target Groups

Hi! I have two questions regarding target groups in Hybris Marketing.

1. I have 3 dynamic realeased target groups, but I can't export any. The options in this tab are all gray and it is not possible to do so. Is there any thing I should be checking that Im missing to enable the action? Everything looks as it should be.

2. Is there any way to have a completed target group move back to realeased status?

Hello Maria,

as far I know you can no longer change the Export Definition once the TG is released. For TGs that are not yet released you should be able to select the Export Definitions created for the same Segmentation Object (as mentioned by Theo) - you will find some further information in the following KBA note:

2474650 - SAP Marketing - Export Definition cannot be used for Target Group

Welcome to the SAP Marketing Community!

I am assuming that you are using SAP Marketing on-premise?

1. Did you create an "Export Definition" for the target group export? Then it should be possible.

2. According to the help it is not possible to change completed target groups.
