in Hybris Marketing there is existing the concept of Interests.
As I could see there does not exists any kind of integration between C4C and yM in reference to the interests right?
Example:
We create an activity and would like to assign interests to it as an employee who is creating the activity. In that case I would have to customize some kind of categorization in C4C that is translated via a matching table (development) to Interests in Hybris Marketing when the interaction is created? Is that correct.?
Is there anything planned for the future?
