Hi,
We are struggling with a requirement to include a Custom Score into a report. It would be a simple which gives a numeric figure as a result. It would then be expected that we could include the Score into a Data source to see the total number of contacts with that particular score. Whilst this can be achieved very easily in segmentation, we need to view it in a data source so that we can view it in the Cloud for Analytics package.

Hi Mike,
in case you want to add custom fields to your analytics stories in SAP Analytics Cloud, you have to add the custom field in a custom CDS view. The custom field will be available in the custom CDS view app if you enable the corresponding "basic view" usage. In the example below I have added a custom field to the interaction CDS view.

During the creation of the CDS view, you can select your custom field.

The rest of the process is identical to the creation of any custom CDS view (and potentially a SAC story on top of it) as described in:

is there also a way in SAP Marketing Cloud to add custom Scores created with the Score Builder (rule based or predictive) to the CDS View so I can create an analytical query for embedded reporting in SAP Marketing Cloud or for external consumption from SAP Analytics Cloud?
