Hybris Marketing Cloud Tag Types

Hi experts,

I can't seem to find a way of accessing the Tag Types to load more tag types and tags in Hybris Marketing Cloud. How am I suppose to load these?

Hi Mike,

I have a question maybe you can help me.

I am working with Marketing Cloud and I am trying customize the types sentiment (++, +, 0, -, or - -) but I don't see where I can customizing for it. It must do in Analytics?

Tags can be included on an interaction created via OData service.

You can see what interests have been determined for a group of contacts in the Interests tag cloud.

Hi Kunal,

Thanks for your response but my question is in regards to loading Tags and Tag Types into the solution. How can I create new Tags for example I want to create the Tag -> British Airways.

Dear Mike,

You can create a new Tag Cloud in HMC 1802 in campaign designer as below:

Also, you can create Interaction Interest Tags as well.

I have followed up on your advice here and the tags created here in the Campaign do not flow through to tags available in the Sentiment Engagement. The documentation suggests it is:

Yes, as Deborah answered that you can include the Tags on an interaction created via OData service.
