Hi all,
We are getting error and interaction reason "No product found" for the emails triggered for abandoned shopping cart campaigns. Interaction type is OUTBOUND_CHCK_FAILED. Is this because the contacts donot have any abandoned cart products?

This is because , Product name is not maintained in the Product Master data .

In the Browse Interaction APP first check if any products are coming for the system . This error generally shows if there are no products associated with the interactions and we try to use the interaction products for the email. The products has to be also loaded from commerce . If you have only products loaded from a different system and the ids are similar , origin you can handle it in CPI for the commerce-marketing integration.
