Hybris Marketing Cloud E-Mail Provider included?

Dear Experts,

does a customer have to purchase SAP Intelligent Notification 365 as an E-Mail provider separately for the use with SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud or is it included by default when purchasing the Enterprise version (like SAP Jam & SAP Analytics Cloud)?

If it's included by default and the customer did not receive any "activation e-mails", does he have to create a ticket for it?

thanks for the fast answer!

So as far as I know I should receive emails from SAP with account details and so on.

Do I have to create a ticket in the support launchpad if I'm missing these mails?

Dear Tobias,

Yes, please create an incident under CEC-MKT-ITC and we will take care of all your queries internally.

If there was change in the Primary account email, etc.. mention those details clearly in the ticekt.
