Hybris Marketin: Creating Interactions from SLT Data

Hello experts,

We use Hypris Marketing On Premises and replicated the data from SAP CRM and SAP ERP via SLT as explained in the install guide.

The Reports

CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT

CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL

also create the master data and these can be viewed using table CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT.

But I can't get it to display the interactions like orders. For example, the tables

CRMD_ORDERADM_I

CRMD_ORDERADM_H

CRMD_ORDER_INDEX

replicated.

How can I create the corresponding interactions from the replicated data and assign them to the contacts?

okay, that may be.

But the system uses the replicated data to build up the contacts using reports. I would have expected the system to get/create the other entries too.

If I import data via CSV, interactions will be created and I can see via the contacts app. But how can I make it happend that the replicated data, such as customer orders and the corresponding articles, appear there too?

Hi Malte,

in the standard yMKT OnPrem - SLT - CRM integration scenario no IAs would be created from mentioned OneOrder CRM Tables. The HANA views in the contact fact sheet, segmentation, prod.reco. and predictive are modeled to access directly the mirrored CRMD_ORDERADM* tables.

This is different in the cloud where CRM OneOrder objects would be - since created via OData Adapters - transformed to and stored as Interactions.
