Hybris Issue to fetch list of B2BUnits from B2BContactPerson

I have modified the relationship between B2BUnit to B2BContactPerson to many-to-many, before it was one-to-many. Post modification, I am trying to fetch associated B2BUnits with contact person, but it always returns size of 1 even i.e default B2BUnit after adding multiple B2B Units to the contact person. I have tried multiple other options like creating new relationship between B2bUnit and B2BContactPerson, fetching the details using flexible query, but all the time I am getting size of 1 irrespective of multiple B2BUnits addition to the contact person.
