Hybris is sending email to spam or junk folder.

Emails generated by Hybris' DefaultEmailGenerationService, are received by customers in Spam or Junk folders instead of their Inbox. Is there any to avoid this behavior.

If it is happening with every client, please check with your exchange server admin team if the SPF configuration is correct. You can read more about it at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33786?hl=en

this behavior is on the mail client side. The customers would need to white list the email address of the sender.
