Hybris HAC cluser monitoring not showing all hybris nodes

Hello Team,

in the "https://hostname:9002/hac/monitoring/cluster" i am not seeing all the hybris nodes.

currently there are 4 nodes ,but none of them were showing in above URL.

could smeone suggest here how to populate all the node in cluser console

after clearing the data from JGROUPSPING table and restarting the Hybris instance i am able to see correct number of nodes on HAC cluster.

but IP address column is still not populated (Blank)

Please suggest
