Hybris Customer

Dear All,

In our organization we are in a process of implementation part of hybris sales solution like cart function and track and trace, could you advise me if the certification fees are same for Hybris customer and individual for BA? further do i get Hybris access from SAP when i do certification or i need to ask our ?

There is no difference in the fees. If you enrol for Hybris Training, SAP will provide you access to download the software and will also create accounts for you to access training material and training VM. However, since your organization already has SAP Hybris license, you can ask your company SAP admin to add download permission to your SAP Hybris account.

What do you mean by Customer and BA? Do you mean the BA is part of your project / team, and the Customer is your project's Client?

SAP Basis administrators are generally responsible for managing an SAP environment on a day-to-day basis. Their responsibilities typically include configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the environment, as well as scheduling and running the TMS. Dear , , sorry for confusion, BA i refer here as Business Analyst and Customer as our organization which is on SAP ECC. I am basically an SD/Logistics consultant and now trying to get into Hybris.
