Hybris 6.2.0.17 version log4j2 configurations in properties file. my own extension packages and classes not able to see in Hybris HAC Logging tab.
can you please help me what configurations required for this.

According to ECP-1231 - hAC-logging page does not display all the classes since using log4J 2 with version 6.0, this was fixed in 6.2.0.5. So it should be in your version.
Please try the steps in the last comment on the issue. As it details "Some notes after the fix".

I believe the issue is still present in 6.2 and has been fixed in 6.3.0.2
