Dear SAP community,
we are using inxmail as an mail provider. Now we got an e-mail from inxmail saying that from Q1 2022 every mail must contain a "List-Unsubscribe-Header" or it won´t be send by inxmail anymore:
This information is mandatory as of Q1 / 2022. This is the only way to ensure that your e-mails will still reach your recipients in the future
The effect of the List-Unsubscribe header is that a button is displayed in the e-mail client, which recipients can use to easily and quickly unsubscribe from newsletters or promotional e-mails. The button is clearly displayed in the header of the email. The recipients do not have to search for and click on an unsubscribe link in the email text.
Per my understanding the unsubsctribe-Header is not in the mail directly but shown above the mail displayed in the client, see example screenshot.
Is someone else using Inxmail as an mail provider or knows if this is possible?
