HTTP Request Failed for P-USER trying to open a SAP KBA

User tried to open a SAP KBA - https://me.sap.com/notes/0002482020 - using their P-USER account.

Unfortunately, they got a "HTTP Request Failed" error and could not see the article. Is this expected?

Expected view: (My view, with my S-USER accout, not P-USER account)

Unfortunately, the page you are trying to access can be accessed with an S-user ID only. Although the error message shown on the screen should be handled properly here.

Since it is authorization issues, to access the SAP Notes you should have SAP S-user (not p-user id),
