HTML Mashup to call ERP TCode From C4C

Hi All,

I have created a HTML Mashup by referring below blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2021/08/23/how-to-call-erp-t-code-from-c4c/.

I'm not able to access the S4H system. Any other configuration is required to achieve this in C4C??

Can you provide more details what happen when you try to access the S4H system like this? Is there an error message or what is the behavior?

Hi Riyu,

If your S4 system has I.P whitelisting then you must white list C4C I.P range on your S4 server,so that when a call is received to S4 from C4C the call gets through your network.

Please check https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2829404 to identify the IP range of your C4C system
