How unsubscribe "SubscriptionURI" and CMS integration work

Dear experts,

The question is exactly the sames as in feed "How unsubscribe "SubscriptionURI" and CMS integration work" namely:

can kindly anyone of you explain how the C4C - CMS integration can be made for unsubscribing C4C customers from receiving further e-mails?

I understood that in the SubscriptionURI placeholder I have to put the URL of my landing page.

Now, how can i build the integration from my landing page to C4C ?

It is ok using API, i think the correct one is "ManageMarketingPermissionIn".

But how to fulfill data inside the webservice? How the landing page knows which is the customer ID to update marketing permissions?

Can someone explain this reply? According to the documentation we should use the alternative ID which is generated in the email template but there is no OData service available to use this alternative ID.
