Please help me in writing cron expression for every 1 hour 59th minute.

Request clarification before answering.
The below should work (fire the task every 1hour 59 minutes):
0 59 0/2 ? * * *
| | |_ every second hour
| |_ on 59th minute
|_ on 0 sec
