Dear Experts ,
Hope all are doing well .
I have a small query regarding special sales items .
In Retail Service, Quick Service, and Table Management mode, you can create special sales items on a receipt. Special sales items are user-defined articles that are not in the database and do not exist in SAP Customer Checkout with an article ID.
So i tried to create one in a test environment upon a customer requirement to see the result and the way i done as follow ,
In Customer checkout i have created the item ,

Then i have created push button as per instructions given in the help portal in the quick selection from Checkout manager to view in the CCO front end

So the push button selected from the CCO it's getting relevant information to be filled

So far good . But When the payment is done it giving error message in the checkout monitor as below preventing the entry to post to the sap business one .

It says the item number is missing (Theoretically this is ok because this item is not been defined in the sap business one or checkout manager) . So kindly advise as i got information and copied at the beginning that this special function can be used to sell items those are not in the data base or not defined as a customer checkout article . There for can't we book the sale as a incoming payment in sap business one the way we doing the pay in option . Appreciate if anybody can support on this . Hope this will helpful for other users as well .
Best Regards,
Tharindu.

Dear tharindu,
As per our documentation for the Special Sales Item: This feature is only supported with SAP Business ByDesign as a back-end system
So you cannot use it when integrating CCO with SAP Business One.
Kind regards,
Gunther
