How to view Console log in Commerce cloud environment?

Hi All,

Currently we are using commerce cloud. We face some issue in deployment. We are unable to see console log in the cloud. We have already configure kibana.

Could you please share proper steps to see console log in cloud?

don't know if it works in cloud environment. Execute in gradle console, from Hybrissmart website: println "tail -n 50 /opt/hybris/log/tomcat/console-20190226.log".execute().text

If we know the location of log file I can fetch its content using groovy script. But I dont know where to locate log file. Can someone help me with the location of log file.

Hi All,

Console log for Cloud can be viewed only in Kibana. There will be separate url to view logs. Following is the sample snapshot where you can see logs for cloud.

Hi Ansari and Kancherla,

Before you can see console logs in Kibana, you must configure the proper dashboard.

I found the two below links very useful:

Downloading and importing the Commerce Cloud Kibana Example.json is a great start, most importantly it will create a Console logs dashboard for you.

Just a thought, try HAC >> Platform >> Support >> [create],[download] console/access/jdbc/init logs

Console log is not coming from Cloud (CCv2) in the above manner. Catalina log and other log files are coming though.
