How to use User Subscriptions?

Hi experts

How do we use User Subscriptions? Apparently, it's better for partners like us to maintain this in case our management and the client talks about tracking license usage. See below screenshot.

How do we know which one to use? 101 and 181 seems similar to me. And will there be additional effects when I assign these subscriptions to users? The admin guide has a section for User Subscriptions, but the user type mentioned there is not the same as the list above.

Hi, I suggest you report an incident for the issue. Also it would be good to check with you SAP account manager to get more clarity on the user licenses and usages.
