Hello Gurus,
Context : For a customer, we want to differentiate between "Corporate contacts (B2B contacts)" and "Suspects and consumers (B2C contacts)"
In the segmentation profile "All Contacts" we couldn't add the attribute "Business relationship" to segment contacts by type B2B or B2C
Is there a possibility to use this attribute in segmentation ?
Thank you,
BR,
Anas
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Anas,
wouldn't it be possible to use the IsContact and IsConsumer attributes?
For Corporate Contacts the IS_CONTACT is set to true. For Consumers the IS_CONSUMER is set to true. For suspects as far as I know both values are false.

You can find them in the "Contact and Related Interactions" Data Source.
Maybe that helps.

Hi schneidert,
I think this is the best way to deal with that,
In fact, we need to be able to make a relationship between an Account and a Person (B2C) as an Indirect customer. The accounts are the dealers, and the B2C are the indirect customers.
Can we create a new relationship as so, and call it IS_INDIRECTCUST ?
In that way we can see in the Account app, all the indirect customers that buys from the dealer,
Thanks for the help,
Best regards,
Anas
Hi ahne,
as per my knowledge unfortunately it is not possible to create another relationship type like that...
Using a custom field just to mark that the Contact/Account is an "indirect customer" wouldn't help, right?
The first thing I have in mind is to create a CBO... but not sure if it would work with that and I first have to think about...
