Dear Sap Expert, in scoping for visit there is the question "Do you want to prompt users when they leave a visit without checking out?" but I do not find any documentation about this topic.
I tried to make some tests but results: I've never seen a pop-up or a message.
Does anyone know how it should work?
It is based on GPS or not? If yes it is based on the check-in coordinates or the ones stored in the customer master data? There is a way to set up a range, like for the check-in proximity control?
It is a pop-up or an error message?
Thanks for your help,
Michele
Request clarification before answering.
If user leaves the customer location without checking out, they will receive a notification.
This is in collaboration with Enhance Geo fencing capability , refer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAKrMoD8r-A for more details

Hi and thank you. The video is about the check in: I suppose that for the check out is more or less the same (in the meantime I've found the corresponding fine-tune activity) but I'm not sure it should be a message or a pop up.
Thanks,
Michele
