Can anybody explain me the concept of keywords in SAP CX (keywords.jpg)?
Am I correct when I assume that assigning a keyword to a specific product allows this product to be found via this particular keyword via the search functionality?
I am curious about
- How keywords are maintained?
- What the prerequisites are to use keywords?
