Hi

I assume you are referring to the Excel Add-in for C4C.

C4C Excel add-in gives you the opportunity to use all data, information, reports in your C4C system in an Excel sheet and as it is a plug-in, every time you open the Excel sheet it automatically connects with your SAP C4C system and refreshes all of your data in real-time.

You need to have a valid S User to trigger the download of excel add-in from Download section of C4C.

If you cant download it from SAP Store , please check with your basis team and they would help you.
