We have two stores in the same store front extension.
The store X is accessed with "/store" (www.storex.com/store) and store Y without "/store" (www.storey.com).
How does the property "storefrontextension.webroot"?
Do you use webservers in front of the appservers? Maybe you could use url-rewriting while forwarding the incoming requests to the appservers ... and forward to the same, common extension/webroot
