How to upload a picture for SAP Marketing User?

Greetings,

How to upload a picture for SAP Marketing User?

I tried uploading one by using "Manage Images" app under tab "Extensibility and Adaptability for Marketing" for my user in SAP Marketing Cloud, however it didn't work.

Is there any additional step needed?

Hi Hakan,

Image for user profile comes from SAP JAM Integration. So you need to have the same user email address map to JAM and then it should load the picture from your JAM profile.
