How to update counter from SAP CRM to CC

Hi All,

We want to use counter in our charge plan logic. We have configured as per the guide and can see the counter in the counter with "0" value at contract. Can you please guide how can we updated counter value from SAP CRM to CC.

Hello,

The modification of counters can only happen by a rating requests, through a usage, a recurring or a one shot event.
They are not like parameters, that can be modified by maintaining the contract from the CRM.
