Hi,
How do I switch off / unsubscribe emails sent for Incident and other BTM notifications?
I found fine tuning activities for different types of Business Task Management scenarios where I can switch off notifications. Is that the correct approach?
Also, found the following 2 scoping question in Communication and Information Exchange -> Business Process Management -> Busines Task Management
1. Do you want to notify business users using email without additional subscription about business task management items
2. Do you want to use e-mail to notify business users about Business Task Management Items?
What is the difference between these 2 questions?

Hi Anil,
With the first option, without additional subscription, users will receive email notification based on the conditions of BTM tasks.
However, with second options, users get an option to manually subscribe/unsubscribe for email notifications.
If first question is unchecked and second question is checked then users can manually subscribe for emails from notification.
If second question is unchecked, users do not get an option to manually subscribe/unsubscribe.
If both first and second questions are checked, then users get all email notifications(based on condition) irrespective of whether he/she has manually subscribed for email notifications or not.
