Dear team,
There are 2 fields in Sales Quote overview that I need to be shown all the the time, and for some reason they are not (see attachment 2020-01-28-09-51-52-קסטל-or-co.png). Now, I someone once told me that when a field looks like the fields in the attachment it means that only when they have data they'll be shown- well, how am I supose to enter data to them if I can't see them in the overview. This is super critical, I need you to make them apear in the overview .
I wrote an incident about it in the system but I still don't understand what to do. the answer I got:
"Dear Customer, It is observed that there is a scoping question to enable the rich text UI for the fields 'External Note' & 'Internal Note' for sales quote overview. The question controls whether the field that are visible are formatted text or normal text. If you scope, formatted text will be enabled. if you don't normal text will be enabled. Outside header section one is formatted. Inside header section one is plain text I have explained this in the word document attached with the incident, kindly go through the same." (the word he attached: sap-answer.png)
What scope question do I need to disable??
Please this is super urgent
Thank you,

Hi or_co,
This scoping question"Do you want use formatted texts for Sales Quotes?" controls the behavior. So, Follow the below approach based on your requirement.
1. Activate(Reviewed with check box enabled ) the scoping question"Do you want use formatted texts for Sales Quotes" if you want to use the Rich text fields" Internal and External Notes". This will be added as a section.
(In Adaptation Mode: These fields are available below the Header).
2. Deactivate the scoping question"Do you want use formatted texts for Sales Quotes" if you want to use the plain"Internal and External Notes" fields. It will be added inside header.(In Adaptation Mode: Navigate to Header-->Internal, External Notes).
Based on your screenshot, i guess you are trying to add the plain text fields(Internal and External Notes), so you can deactivate(Not Reviewed with check box not enabled) the scoping question and add those fields.
Hope this helps you.
Regards,
Bharathraj
