How to trigger child ticket creation based on products in parent ticket in C4C

Dear All,

I have a scenario, where a parent service ticket will have multiple products. Once the parent service ticket is approved by the line manager, multiple child tickets will be created for each product. Each child ticket will have its own workflow. Could you please assist me how to approach this requirement?

In standard it is not possible. You can check if your requirement can be achieve via custom enhancement .
