How to trigger an email for the Email address available in custom field in Ticket

Hello,

We have a scenario where an email address is replicated through a odata service and is available in the custom field over ticket overview screen. We have to trigger an email on ticket creation to that specific email address from the custom field. How can be achieve this via workflow rule?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the response. I am looking for some option without using SDK.

If there is anything available in the workflow, then that should work.
