Dear All,
Is there a way to track the number (count) of individual/people sitting in a table using SAP Customer Checkout POS Hospitality mode ? Basically the restaurant wants to track how many individuals are sitting at a time on a table and the same needs to be tracked when the customer does the orders ?
Kind Regards,
Kawish

This feature request had been entered on our Influence Channel. And it has been accepted:

It is now part of our release planning (but: no SAP commitment can be provided on the actual result of the implementation plan).
Best regards,
Gunther

Dear Kawish,
Currently, in the standard solution it is not available. You can think in a workaround like Esam mentioned.
If you think it is a good feature to be added in the CCO, please add this idea in our Influence Channel, there, other partners may vote in this idea.

HI Kawish,
Where you able to find a solution or a work around for to calculate the number of individuals how are setting on the tables ? I have the same requirement and need to know what is the best solution ? A work around could be creating a non inventory item and call it guests with zero price and the quantity of this item will be tracked from SAP.
