How to start the campaign automatically : SAP Marketing Cloud Limitation

Hello Experts,

We have a campaign to create a task in C4C. Now once the campaign is approved, the campaign is released to C4C. But then business users has to click on Start to execute the creation of task in C4C.

Now business users will be creating these campaign well in advance say 6 months. Therefore they have to track the start date of the campaign to do the actual start of the campaign.

Is there a way where the campaign can be started automatically on the execution start date?

i tried to setup the details in execution details but the campaign didn't started.

Hello Mayank,

That feature is not possible to automate this complex scenario.

Let's consider a user who has already planned a campaign after 6 months but leaves an organization in 2-3 months, this will create issues.

For better customer experience, we should/must have a Human executing the campaign after reviewing it.

Hello kunalkumar.bansal : If this is the case, then what is the relevance of setting up the execution details. Ideally there should be a background job which listens to the campaign execution start date and triggers the execution.

Can you please confirm from the product dev team on this please?
