How to show the amounts of opportunities created in C4C to Pipeline Influencers tile?

Hi C4C experts,

Would you please help me one thing?

In C4C main screen, I noticed that there is 'Pipeline Influencers' tile.

But, no value is shown, though we have lots of opportunities.

Would you please help how to show the amounts of opportunities created in C4C in this tile?

Hello,

Maybe an old question, but still worthwhile to answer.

Within sales opportunities on the contact tab there is the colomn with the Top Influencer swirl.

This functionality can be activated as mentioned in the documentation

After you have activated it you can play with it within your opportunities. When you press the swirl on the contact person with in your opportunities any other links with other contacts or employees are shown in a map. You can here decide to add certain influencers that are shown to your opportunity to visualize who might support you in winning the deal.

Working actively with the influencer map will show entries in the tile on the homepage. The symbols are shown on the axe of probability and expected closing date and the size is related to the expected value of the opportunity.
