How to show description for values of segmentation attribute

Hello together,

we are on SAP Marketing Cloud 1902.

we are using several segmentation attributes of type Boolean. We have the requirement to show instead x = Yes and Initial = No.

We have found the following link. Anybody can give use a hint how to create this custom view? In this link we could not understand the description.
