Hello SAP Community,
We are working with the following setup:
1 SAP Customer Checkout Manager (CCOM)
2 SAP Customer Checkout POS systems (POS1 and POS2)
Central Receipt Management is enabled on all systems
Each POS is properly connected to SAP Customer Checkout Manager. When receipts are posted from POS1 or POS2, they are successfully visible in SAP Customer Checkout Manager (CCOM). However, we are facing an issue:
Receipts created on POS1 are not visible on POS2
Receipts created on POS2 are not visible on POS1
Each POS only shows its locally created receipts
Our goal is to enable each POS to view all receipts, regardless of which POS created them—leveraging the central receipt management if possible.
How we can achieve to see Receipt in Both POS System

Hello
I just like to add a possible solution for this. You could add function 4102 "Display Customer's Last Purchased Receipts" to your Quick Selection. So based on a specific customer, this could be a possible solution.
Best Regards
Klaus
