How to setup user approvals with in SAP Customer checkout

Dear Experts ,

Trust all are doing well and safe .

One of our customers has bring an requirement to setup user approvals with in Customer checkout . For example When returning and article the cashier need to have approval to do the process , When doing day end the cashier need an approval to do so , etc .(Customer checkout version 2.0 FP11 PL04 new retail UI , SAP business one version 10) So . Could you please advice how is it possible to do so with in our Customer checkout solution .

Here is an design for the same that we though which captured from another solution,

Dear tharindu,

SAP Customer Checkout comes with a set of pre-configured roles (Cashier, Sales Manager, Administrator, ...). Default roles can be modified and also new roles can be created.

Individual users can be assigned to roles. But it is also possible to give different permissions per user, even if they carry the same role. For example, Cashier 1 and Cashier 2 are both assigned to the Cashier role, but you do not want Cashier 1 to process returns. This is possible. See below screenshot from the Users app in CCO manager.

Another important distinction is between local and central user management:

• Local user management is done on each POS
• Central user management is done in CCO manager and is then distributed to the POS station through user synchronization jobs
