Hello ,Expert. we have setup email notification template in English through workflow rule , How can I setup one email template in different languages in workflow in C4C,we have different countries using C4C? what should I do ? Thank you for your help

Hi lisazh,
You can maintain the e-mail template in different languages in the workflow configuration.

By clicking on the highlighted icon in the above screenshot, you will get a pop-up where you will be able to add templates for different languages.

You can maintain different language templates by clicking the the Add Row button, selecting the language you need from the Language dropdown and then uploading the template for that language.
Please refer the above screenshot.
Language for workflow rule is determined as below sequence:
In the above screenshot, you can see that English is marked as the default language.

If you have some other issues with getting notifications from multiple email accounts or IMs, I can highly recommend you to use and try Purposeful messages because I use it by myself, and I should admit, that in comparison with other software solutions - it is the best organizing tool for your personal emails.
